Well, some very interesting local election results in this high-stakes 2020 election.
In Custer County both write-in County Commissioner candidates failed to win with incumbent District 3 Commissioner Tom Flower defeating Lucas Epp by 1,733 to 1,185. Epp’s vote count was quite strong for a write-in candidate. Kevin Day handily defeated write-in candidate Lynn Attebery by 2,370 to 555 to win the District 2 Commissioner’s position. Cliffs’ Crafts Hosts Local Authors’ Book Signing

Local Authors were available for book signing last Saturday at Cliffs’ Crafts. Courtney Miller is the author of Cherokee Chronicles (historical fiction) and White Feather Mysteries (cozy mystery) and is seen here with his latest, “The Raven Mocker’s Legacy”. Jackie Bubis (Jax Hunter) is author of the True Heroes Military Romance Series (G-Rated romance) and “Patriot Day” (history). Joni Franks is author of the Corky Tails Series (Children’s books). Connie K. Thompson has written “Happiness, Horse Apples and Hand Grenades: A Guide for Creating a Stable Relationship with a Man (or a Horse)” and SciFi genre The Angus Revelation Series.
