The Colorado Secretary of State gave the nod to the Recall Polis Petition wording submitted to it recently by the Dismiss Polis Committee group (see dismisspolis.com) last Monday, July 8th. 23,000 petitions were printed on Tuesday and were distributed around the state Wednesday. If the petition drive is successful, there will be a recall election in the fall.
The Sangre de Cristo Sentinel is the Recall Polis petition signing center for Custer County.

Our business hours are Monday through Thursday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m. to Noon.

The Recall Polis PAC and Dismiss Polis committee are working together on this to get it done.
We have about 55 days to get enough signatures to make this happen. And we need a LOT (over 700,000 if you include the anticipated 10 to 15% rejection rate). Make sure you sign the petition exactly as your voter registration document looks (generally what is on your driver’s license).

Bring everybody you know to the Sentinel to sign to put Polis on the ballot for recall. The damage this rich left-wing oligarch and his socialist cohorts in the Colorado legislature has done in one year is just the beginning. Stop it now or our beautiful state will be as bankrupt, perverted and corrupt as California in a very short time.
